MSN slurry vibrating screen

Introduction

Senyou MSN series  slurry vibrating screen for ceramic is one type intermediate frequency sieve,it is based on the original ceramic special sieve, through technical improvement and a lot of experiments.

A new type of screening equipment independently developed. The product is a single-layer grid structure, the upper frame is heightened and open, and the bottom frame is also as a vibrating body, the slag discharge is good and the efficiency is high. The vibration motor adopts a specially designed energy-saving motor with a dial, which is better than the same model ,the energy saving of the screening equipment is about 30%.

Functions

1.Size classification: separation of particles into groups of comparable size from the materials.   

2.Gravity filtering: removal of solids from liquids and slurry.

3.Product reclamation: removal of the solids from waste product or clarification of waste liquor for further use.  

4.Screening: separation of a few oversize particles from a quantity of materials. 

5. Liquid cleaning: cleaning of wastewater or removing the solids from recirculating liquid.
