Operating principle

The interior of the fully automatic drawer-type dry powder iron remover box usually contains multiple magnetic grids. The magnetic rods of the upper and lower grids are arranged alternately. This design prevents iron filings from escaping from the magnetic blind zone, allowing the materials passing through the drawer-type iron remover to fully come into contact with the surface of the magnetic rods, thereby more effectively separating the fine iron impurities and contaminants in the materials. In addition, the cylinder is used to automatically pull out the magnetic rods to remove the iron impurities, and the iron removal time can be set according to the iron content, saving labor. It is widely used in fine powder material production lines. The reasonable magnetic circuit design truly forms a closed magnetic loop for magnetic concentration.
